Returns and complaints

Once you have informed us that you have changed your mind about your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us. You will pay for the return of the package, and you are liable for damage during transport

Condition of the returned item

If the item has decreased in value and this has been caused by you using the item in another way than what was required to determine the nature, properties and functionality of the item, only part of the purchasing price will be refunded. The refund depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases, this means that only the freight charges will be refunded.

We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging and with labels, hang tags etc. If the original packaging is missing, this may result in a decrease in the value of the item.

Refund of the purchasing price

If you change your mind about your purchase, we will refund your money. If the value of the item has decreased, we will deduct the amount for which you are liable. We will refund all payments from you, including delivery charges (however, this does not apply to additional delivery charges in case you have chosen a different delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us), no later than 14 days from the date where we have been informed that you wish to cancel the agreement.

We will refund the money through the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon. However, we may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation for the return.

We will only receive packages sent directly to this address. You may also change your mind about your purchase by informing us of this and delivering the package in person to the above address, if agreed upon in advance.

Warranty

When you purchase from us as a consumer, the rules for purchase in the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply. This means that you have a 24-month warranty. If your claim is legitimate, this means that you can either have the item repaired, have the item exchanged, get a refund or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. In case of a claim, please mail your order number and a photo of the product where the error is evident.

You must make your claim within “reasonable time” after discovering the error. If you make your claim within two months of discovering the error, the claim will be considered timely.

If your claim is legitimate, we will refund your (reasonable) freight charges. You must always ship the item in proper packaging. Please remember to get a receipt for shipping, enabling us to refund your freight charges.
